IR Policy

Goals and Basic Policies of Our IR Activities

In order for us to gain the trust and confidence of all of our various stakeholders, we seek to achieve transparency in our corporate management, as well as from “speed,” “accuracy,” and “fairness” in our information disclosure policy and in our investor relations (IR) and stakeholder relations (SR) activities.

Information Disclosure Standards

Our Company discloses various information in compliance with the fair disclosure rules, and in accordance with the definitions determined by the stock exchange and the financials products transaction laws. In addition we also choose to voluntarily disclose various information not outlined in the fair disclosure rules as and when deemed necessary.

Methods of Information Disclosure

Our Company uses methods to disclose information as outlined by the fair disclosure rules, by explaining the information to the stock exchange and disclosing the information over the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) operated by the stock exchange. After disclosing information over the TDnet we post the same information on our home page.

Regarding Our Earnings and Other Forward Looking Projections

Our earnings and other forward looking projections are based on the best information available at the time of their creation, and are susceptible to latent risk factors and unforeseen circumstances. Therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our forecasts and projections.
Moreover our actual earnings results may be influenced by changes in the industry, and investors should not rely solely upon our earnings projections. Investors should take into consideration other various related factors when considering our future earnings and corporate value.
Furthermore it is our policy not to express our opinions regarding earnings projections created by analysts and other third parties.

Regarding Our “Quiet Period”

In order to prevent leakage of earnings and other important information which could influence our share price, we maintain a policy of not discussing our earnings information during the period from the end of each quarter to the announcement of our actual earnings results (quiet period). However we will continue to discuss other information not relating directly to our earnings even during the quiet period whenever deemed relevant to our fair disclosure policy.

The share price information contained within our website is derived from a link to Yahoo! Finance’s share price information function of Yahoo Japan Corporation’s website, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this data.
Furthermore regarding our share price, the share price formation and trading volume are determined in the open market and we maintain a policy of not discussing our share price and related issues.
